Fixed Income Details
High-yield corporate bonds known as "fallen angels" were first issued at investment grade but have now been demoted to the High Yield category. They have historically outperformed the rest of the high-yield bond market. Due to institutional mandate constraints, these bonds are frequently oversold prior to the downgrading and see a price increase shortly following the downgrade. Additionally, they are more likely to be upgraded to investment grade by credit rating agencies and have a historically lower default rate than other high-yield bonds. Gain access to these universe through Our Fallen Angels ETF.
